Red Tape Academy’s California notary public education courses have been submitted to the California Secretary of State for approval under Title 2, California Code of Regulations, section 20800 and are awaiting a decision.
Enrollment is not yet open. No course offered by Red Tape Academy satisfies the notary public education requirement of Government Code section 8201 unless and until the Secretary of State issues a certificate of approval for that course of study. This page will be updated when approval is granted.
